How it Works:
You contact me to start planning your leave. We’ll discuss what you need help with, timelines, budget, and the best way to transition you out + back in.
I’ll email you a proposal highlighting what we’ve discussed. Once you’ve reviewed and signed off, we’ll schedule time to discuss your leave in more detail and train me in your practice. We’ll come up with game plans for various scenarios, including how often to check in, preferred modes of communication, and handling emergencies.
Once your leave is coming to a close, we’ll roll out our transition-back plan to weave you seamlessly back into your work. Time to celebrate a successful leave!
