Operations support includes one weekly meeting between us, and we’ll meet for a minimum of 3 months. If your support needs call for meeting with staff, those meetings will be included as necessary.

It depends! The more comprehensive or nuanced your practice needs are, the longer we’ll need to achieve your objectives.
Some practices decide to continue fractional support for months or years rather than ever hiring full-time.

Most of my work is done virtually, but if you have in-person needs we can discuss allocating for travel expenses and per diem needs, in addition to my regular fees for service.
Once we’ve had a chance to talk and assess what you need I can give you a much clearer estimate, and I promise to be transparent about costs the whole way through.
